Halloween Tournament 10/28

This is a one day soccer event.  Each team will receive at least 3 games.  Trophies/medals for all first and second place teams in age groups u11 and older.

u8/u9/u10 will play 7 v 7, size 4 ball, 20 minute halves

u11/u12 will play 9 v 9, size 4 ball, 20 minute halves

u13/u14/u15 will play 11 v 11, size 5 ball, 25 minute halves

This is a fun Halloween tournament.  Teams are encouraged but not required to wear team costumes and participate in the best costume event.  If teams choose to wear costumes during game play, the costume must all match each member of the team in color and general appearance.  The costume must not have anything hanging or dangling off, or in any way be possibly deemed unsafe or inappropriate for game play by the referee's or tournament committee.

Manchester Township Soccer Association is hosting it’s 10th Annual Halloween Tournament on Saturday, October 23rd.

COVID-19 UPDATE 03/14/2020

As of 3/14/2020, The MTSA Board has decided to cancel all soccer activities until we receive further recommendations from the CDC, US Soccer, NJYS soccer, Ocean County Health Department; following the lead of our local School System.  

This includes canceling of all Travel and Recreation training, games, tournaments, scrimmages or any other activities. Currently these measures are being taken as a precaution for the protection of our community.

We anticipate more decisions being made in the next weeks regarding leagues, tournaments and several other things.

The MTSA Board will continue follow the recommendations of the above agencies and we appreciate your patience and assistance while we navigate this unprecedented situation.

CoVID- 19 Update 3/13/2020

Ocean County Recreation and MOSA have both postponed their seasons to start on the weekend of 4/18. Kickers and u6 will now start on 4/25 as it is adjusting to the delayed start of the other leagues. The emails are below.

MTSA will be using the Manchester Township School District as a guide towards whether or not to run practices. If the school closes, we will suspend any soccer activities until they re-open. We will do our best to keep you updated!
